I recently bought Shangri-La due it's Hybrid SACD format.

I own quite a few SACD albums and SACD is still the best format for sound to date. I find with some of the SACD that they do not quite seem to fully understand the multichannel format of SACD and miss the mark on fulling utilizing the capability.

This one excels on the 5.1 side of things and the album itself sounds great just from a standard cd perspective also. Highly recommend this as it represents how 5.1 and SACD should be done.

Mark Knopfler does a fantastic job with music and the lyrics on Shangri-La. Wish he could release more in SACD format. If I had a recommendation for SACD it would be Golden Heart.
